To mark its 40th anniversary, Ruark is launching an exclusive special edition of its all-in-one music system. The R410 Anniversary Edition combines the brand’s signature blend of high-quality sound, timeless design, and modern streaming technology in a limited edition of 500 units worldwide.
Visually, the Anniversary Edition features a white oak finish with blackened inlays and a matching front grille. The housing is finished with real wood veneer and is complemented by the distinctive RotoDial controls. Each unit also bears a unique anniversary plaque indicating its place in the limited edition.
High-Performance Streaming Engine
Technically, the R410 remains a modern all-in-one system. A powerful processor supports high-resolution audio files as well as Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Apple AirPlay 2, and Chromecast built-in. It can be controlled either via the RotoDial, the Ruark app, or the high-resolution portrait-oriented color screen, whose interface is reminiscent of modern music apps on smartphones.
The sound is delivered by newly developed NS+ bass/midrange drivers with greater excursion, as well as 20-mm tweeters, which are already familiar from the multi-award-winning MR1 Mk3. The fully active speaker system is complemented by high-quality Burr-Brown D/A converters and modern signal processing. The amplifier modules, mounted directly on the drivers, are designed to enable particularly short signal paths and low-distortion playback.
To complement the special edition, Ruark also offers the R-CD100 CD player, which is also a limited edition and features the same design. This makes the music system ideal for both streaming enthusiasts and listeners who want to continue enjoying their CD collections.
