High-End Premieres Despite Vienna: HECStore Hosts Audio & Video Days near Munich

For over two decades, Munich was considered the center of the international high-end audio scene. With the relocation of the most important trade fair to Vienna in 2026, Bavaria will lose this status. However, HiFi fans from the region do not have to miss out on genuine premieres. The newly opened HECStore in Isen near Munich is hosting the “HECStore Audio & Video Days” for the first time from May 14 to 16, 2026, bringing numerous top brands and new products directly to your doorstep.

In-house Exhibition with an Experiential Character

Owner Martin Ludwig opens his new premises for three days for an event that deliberately aims to be more than a classic exhibition. Across approximately 1,800 square meters, visitors can expect a total of 19 individually designed demonstration rooms, specifically configured for living-room-like conditions.

Instead of a trade fair hall, HECStore focuses on atmosphere: daylight, furniture, and realistic setups are intended to show how high-quality audio and home cinema systems can actually be integrated into everyday life. Only one or a maximum of two systems are deliberately presented per room to clearly focus on the listening experience.

In addition to classic stereo setups, home cinema fans will also get their money’s worth. Several dedicated home cinemas, surround installations, and integrated TV solutions offer a comprehensive insight into modern home entertainment.

Experience Great Brands and Genuine New Products

The in-house exhibition promises a top-class lineup: numerous international manufacturers will present their current products and be available for discussions with developers and product specialists.

Represented loudspeaker brands include:
Acapella, Backes & Müller, Bowers & Wilkins, Dali, Dynaudio, JBL Synthesis, KEF, Kii Audio, Kharma, T+A, Waterfall Audio, and Wilson Benesch.

The offering is complemented by electronics and players from manufacturers such as Marantz, NAD, Luxman, Rotel, Lumin, or Cambridge Audio.

Headphone fans will also not miss out: models from Dan Clark, Final, Stax, Warwick Acoustics, or Sendy Audio can be compared in a dedicated lounge.

More Than Just HiFi: An Experience for All Senses

In addition to the audio experience, HECStore also offers a coherent supporting program. Lectures, product presentations, and live demonstrations take place throughout the day. At the same time, the outdoor area provides an opportunity for relaxation – including culinary offerings and listening tests of outdoor loudspeakers.

The event thus deliberately positions itself as an alternative to the classic trade fair: more personal, more relaxed, and closer to real-world use in one’s own home.
