The German loudspeaker specialist Econik Speakers is expanding its portfolio with a new flagship: the ELEVEN fully active floorstanding loudspeaker is celebrating its world premiere at High End 2025 in Munich. Visitors to the trade fair will not only get a first look, but also the opportunity to try it out – and it should be worth it. According to the manufacturer, the Econik ELEVEN is set to set new standards in terms of sound quality, features and future-proofing.

Reach your destination with 4.5 paths

Technically, the speaker is based on a sophisticated 3.5-way concept. At the center is a symmetrical D’Appolito arrangement of the midrange drivers, which is intended to ensure precise dispersion and high speech intelligibility – a design that is otherwise mainly used in high-end studio monitors. The system is supported by two powerful bass-midrange drivers at the front and two active subwoofer units installed at the rear. According to the manufacturer, the ELEVEN’s bass range extends to an impressive 19 Hertz – deep enough to satisfy even the most demanding home cinema enthusiasts.

The heart of the ELEVEN is the fully active DSP-controlled electronics. It not only allows precise adjustment to the room acoustics, but also features an automatic calibration function. Wireless signal transmission in high resolution is also on board thanks to integrated WiSA technology. Combined with optional streaming hubs, the ELEVEN can be used in both stereo and multi-channel mode – without compromising on sound quality and without tangled cables. The concept has already proven itself with the Econik Six, which we reviewed at STEREO GUIDE with a dome tweeter and the new Mundorf AMT ribbon.

Limited introductory offer

Econik is offering an attractive introductory offer for the entry into the new reference class: the first eleven buyers will receive the ELEVEN with a discount of 1,100 euros. The introductory price is therefore 7,249 euros per pair (instead of the regular 8,349 euros). Delivery will start at the end of June 2025.

Like all Econik models, the ELEVEN is developed and manufactured in Germany. In addition to the technical finesse, the clear, functional design is particularly impressive – made for listeners who value audiophile performance and stylish presence.

Further information and pre-orders are now available on the Econik Speakers website. www.econik-speakers.com
