The whole world is currently outdoing itself with ever larger displays in the cockpit. Even traditional brands like Ferrari can no longer do without digital screen landscapes in the new electric Ferrari Luce. Bugatti, of all companies, is now taking the opposite approach and, together with the Austrian luxury TV specialist C SEED, is bringing a high-end display including a sound system into the living room. The result is called C SEED BUGATTI N1 and is likely to play in the league of a hyper sports car rather than a television, both in terms of price and technology.
137-inch MicroLED instead of a flood of screens in the cockpit
The new C SEED BUGATTI N1 is the result of a collaboration between the French hypercar manufacturer Bugatti and the Austrian display specialist C SEED. The system is offered in screen sizes of 110 and 137 inches. Instead of classic OLED or LCD technology, the N1 relies on modern MicroLED technology with 4K resolution.
Particularly spectacular: When switched off, the N1 looks more like a luxurious sideboard than a television. Only at the touch of a button does the screen unfold from the furniture piece within about 45 seconds. The sculpture then transforms into a huge home cinema screen.

Design inspired by the Bugatti Tourbillon
In terms of design, the N1 is inspired by the new Bugatti Tourbillon. The characteristic “C-line,” which has defined the side view of many Bugatti models for decades, is also reflected in the television’s design. Bugatti speaks of a combination of “Art, Forme, Technique,” meaning art, form, and technology.
Unlike many large televisions, the N1 is not intended to permanently dominate the room. Instead, the technology completely disappears when not in use and integrates into the living environment as a design object.
Sound system extends at the touch of a button
The home cinema experience includes more than just the huge display. The C SEED BUGATTI N1 also features an integrated sound system, developed in collaboration with US specialist Wisdom Audio. The speakers automatically extend from the housing when switched on and disappear invisibly back into the furniture when switched off.
According to the manufacturer, planar-magnetic drivers are used, which are said to enable high precision, low distortion, and particularly uniform reproduction.
HDR10+, Carbon, and 180-degree rotation
Technically, the N1 combines its MicroLED technology with HDR10+, a special anti-reflective screen surface, and C SEED’s Adaptive Gap Calibration (AGC). This is intended to make even the transitions between individual screen segments practically invisible.
For added flexibility, the screen can be rotated by up to 180 degrees. Carbon elements emphasize the technical sophistication and simultaneously aim to save weight. The N1 is produced entirely in Austria. Buyers can choose between various surfaces, colors, and materials, including original Bugatti Tourbillon materials.
Luxury object instead of a television
What’s interesting here is the positioning. Neither Bugatti nor C SEED refer to it as a television in the traditional sense. Rather, the N1 (available in Palomino, Atlantic Blue, Liquid Silver, and Aventurine) is designed to blur the lines between a piece of furniture, a work of art, a home theater system, and a luxury product.
Whether one actually needs a 137-inch MicroLED TV for this is for everyone to decide. The concept is impressive nonetheless. And while many car manufacturers are currently trying to bring the living room into the car, Bugatti is now bringing a piece of automotive DNA into the living room.
