With the DT 30 IE, Beyerdynamic is expanding its in-ear monitoring portfolio with a new model designed for musicians, bands, and live performers. Developed in Germany, this in-ear monitor is designed to combine balanced sound tuning, high passive noise isolation, and robust construction. The DT 30 IE is available now for 119 euros.
Up to 39 dB of soundproofing for the stage
A key feature of the new DT 30 IE is its passive noise isolation of up to 39 dB. This is designed to allow musicians to hear their monitoring mix clearly, even in loud stage environments, around drum kits, guitar amplifiers, or at festival venues.

For sound reproduction, beyerdynamic relies on a dynamic 11-millimeter driver with a frequency range of 5 Hz to 20 kHz. The manufacturer promises a balanced sound signature with clear vocals, well-defined instruments, and excellent intelligibility, even in complex live mixes.
IP54 certification for protection against dust and splashing water
In addition to sound quality, Beyerdynamic places particular emphasis on the headphones’ suitability for everyday use on stage. The DT 30 IE is IP54-rated for protection against dust and splashes, meaning it should easily withstand even the most intense performances or outdoor use.
Weighing just 2.7 grams per earbud, the in-ear monitor is also exceptionally lightweight. The package includes three pairs each of silicone and foam ear tips in sizes S, M, and L.

Replaceable cable and durable construction
Designed for professional use, beyerdynamic has equipped the DT 30 IE with a Kevlar-reinforced, detachable cable featuring an MMCX connector. Gold-plated contacts and an integrated memory wire ensure a secure fit and a reliable connection. Interchangeable components and separately available replacement parts are designed to further extend the product’s lifespan.
