With the ThumpSub GO, Mackie presents one of the first battery-powered subwoofers ever – developed for DJs, street gigs and mobile sound reinforcement technology without a power connection. The ThumpSub GO complements the existing Thump GO ecosystem and brings low bass where it was previously missing: outdoors, self-sufficient, flexible. This makes it the perfect addition to mobile PA speakers such as the Thump Go 8″ or the Thrash212, both of which have already proven themselves in reviews.
Compact, lightweight, wireless
The housing of the ThumpSub GO is flat, ergonomically shaped and can be carried like a briefcase thanks to the integrated handle. Whether lying down or standing up – the ThumpSub GO fits under tables, on stages or in any mobile setup. Two 8-inch drivers deliver rich bass, plus professional features such as high-pass mode, phase reverse switch and flexible connection options.

Up to 12 hours running time
The subwoofer is powered by Mackie’s GB-200 rechargeable batteries. The ThumpSub GO runs for up to 6 hours with one battery and up to 12 hours with two. Particularly practical: the batteries can be “hot-swapped” during operation – one battery charges while the other continues to run.
Bluetooth with distributor function
Built-in Bluetooth streaming also turns the sub into an audio center: The ThumpSub GO receives music wirelessly and distributes the signal to connected speakers – ideal for setups with Thump GO, Thump210, ShowBox orother speakers up to 10″.
With the ThumpSub GO, Mackie is closing a gap in the market: a battery-powered subwoofer with professional features and real suitability for everyday use. Especially in combination with Mackie’s mobile speakers and mixers, a fully-fledged PA system is created – independent of the mains power supply.
Available from Q4 2025.
